Sustainable Production

Chapel Parket combines the best quality with environment-friendliness. To ensure that our quality does not depend on the work of others, we control everything: from drying rooms to planing machines and even our bio-energy power plant. The residue products released during production are converted into 100% green current in this power plant. The energy is not only used by Houtindustrie Schijndel but also provides green current to approx. 3500 households.

Parquet floors made by hand
All wooden floors are treated by hand. Not a single board is the same due to intentional damage. In addition, we control everything. We are partners in two sawing mills to guarantee the supply of rough oak according to the quality that we require. Moreover, we use our own storage, drying rooms and planing machines. That way we continue to guarantee the high quality of our wooden boards.

Green production
Most of the wood that we purchase comes from forests under responsible forest management. Responsible forest management means taking the environment into account and not damaging the flora and fauna. Subsequently, we generate our own power from the wood residue created in the intensive planing processing. Therefore, Origineel Chapel Parket is manufactured from 100% green current. In addition, our surplus energy can provide green current to approx. 3500 households.
